1. Activity Description

AlMaknoon organizes and facilitates various outdoor and adventure experiences, including but not limited to:

• Stand-Up Paddleboarding (SUP) Tours

• Sightseeing Tours

• Off-Road Adventures

• Camping Experiences

The specific services, locations, and experiences included in each activity are detailed in the respective trip description at the time of purchase.
The Company reserves the right to modify or adjust any advertised itinerary or service if necessary for safety, weather, logistical, or operational reasons.

2. Booking, Deposit, and Payment Policy

• To secure your seat on the Algeria trip, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required at booking.

• The remaining 70% must be paid within 7 days after visa approval.

• Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout.

• By submitting payment, you confirm full acceptance of this Agreement and waive any right to claim non-acceptance based on lack of signature or separate documentation.

3. Visa Responsibility

• AlMaknoon assists with visa application support, but visa issuance is the Participant's full responsibility.

• If the visa is rejected, the balance (70%) will be refunded if paid, but the 30% deposit remains non-refundable.

4. Assumption of Risk

• Adventure activities inherently involve risks, including injury, property loss, accidents, environmental hazards, unpredictable weather, and actions of other participants.

• By booking, you voluntarily assume all risks, whether known or unknown.

5. Waiver and Release of Liability

• By participating, you agree to fully waive, release, and discharge AlMaknoon, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims related to your participation, including claims arising from negligence.

6. Medical Fitness

• Participants must ensure they are physically and mentally fit to participate.

• You must disclose any relevant medical conditions.

• AlMaknoon is not responsible for any injuries or complications arising from undisclosed conditions.

7. Cancellation, Changes, and Refunds

• Participant Cancellations:

  • If canceled at least 30 days before the trip start date: 50% refund of full payment (excluding deposit).

  • If canceled within 29 days of the trip start date: no refund.

• Company Cancellations or Changes:

  • AlMaknoon may modify, reschedule, or cancel trips due to weather, safety, or operational reasons.

  • In case of cancellation by AlMaknoon, participants will receive a credit voucher or full refund (including the deposit) if required.

• Force Majeure:

  • No refunds, credits, or liability for cancellations caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, travel restrictions, wars).

• Early Departure:

  • If a participant voluntarily leaves the trip after starting, no refund or credit is offered.

8. Code of Conduct and Participant Responsibilities

• Participants must follow AlMaknoon's instructions, safety rules, and respect the environment and local communities.

• Alcohol and hookah are strictly prohibited during all activities.

• Violation of the Code of Conduct may lead to removal without refund.

9. General Liability Disclaimer

• AlMaknoon is not liable for injuries, personal losses, travel delays, visa issues, or other incidents during the trip.

• Participation is entirely at the participant's own risk.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• These terms are governed by the laws of Kuwait.

• Any dispute shall be settled under the jurisdiction of the courts of Kuwait City.

11. Entire Agreement

• This document represents the full agreement between AlMaknoon and the Participant.

• We may update these terms without prior notice.

• The version in effect at the time of booking will apply.
