The Journey of the Wandering Shepherd

From Shepherd to Mostakshif – The Curious One

Once upon a time, in the golden sands of Arabia, there lived a humble shepherd. Every day, he guided his flock of sheep to graze by the same quiet well. Life was simple, but his thoughts wandered further than his feet ever did.

One evening, a stray sheep wandered away. The shepherd followed, calling out gently. He walked further than he ever had before, past dunes and valleys he never noticed before. When he finally found the sheep, he realized something stirring in his chest: he loved this walk.

Returning home that night, his eyes couldn’t forget the horizon. The next morning, he woke with purpose—not just to tend to sheep but to explore. And so, he became the Mostakshif (The Discoverer)—taking his first steps into the unknown.

From Mostakshif to Rahhala – The Journeyer

On one of his many walks beyond the well, the shepherd met a passing merchant. This man traded in gold, silks, and stories from lands far beyond the desert. The merchant looked at the shepherd and said:
"Sell me your sheep. Join me on the road. There is a bigger world waiting for you."

The shepherd thought of his flock—his wandering thoughts—and realized: it was time to let go. He traded the sheep for gold and joined the merchant’s caravan.

From that day, he was no longer just a discoverer—he became the Rahhala (The Journeyer), walking far and wide across deserts, cities, and seas.

From Rahhala to Shaheen – The Soaring One

Years later, the Rahhala found himself in the great Atlas Mountains, trading spices with mountain tribes. There, he met a quiet man whose eyes seemed to see through him.

"You have walked the earth, but have you seen it from above?" the man asked.
Intrigued, the Rahhala followed him higher into the mountain peaks. From there, he saw the world spread below—endless valleys, rivers, and lands he had yet to touch.

At a fireside gathering, the mountain man offered him a tea brewed from rare herbs. The Rahhala drank, and in his mind’s eye, he felt his body lift off the ground.

He was no longer bound to the earth. He became the Shaheen (The Falcon), soaring through skies of endless knowledge and uncharted horizons.

The sheep had been his wandering thoughts. The gold, his expanding dreams. And the tea? It was unlimited wisdom yet to be explored.
